Junior Automation Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support RPA solutions on the UIPath platform.
• Support the development of accurate process definition documents submitted by the business to ensure consistency of the documentation to the appropriate technical solution design.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, troubleshooting procedures and other relevant materials.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and DBAs to create innovative technical designs and automation solutions.
• Conduct SIT with IT teams and UAT with business users and support hypercare.
• Work with project leads and release engineering team to estimate and plan development efforts and production releases in Dev Ops system.
• Develop workarounds, temporary fixes, and permanent solutions to resolve system anomalies and bugs.
• Adhere to development standards, time tracking and change management process.
• Provide assistance to support teams and end-users troubleshooting issues with Bot executions in production environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in Computer Science or a related field and 1+ years of experience as an RPA Developer.
• Experience creating automations using UI Path Studio/Studio
• X.Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, SFTP/HTTP, XML, APIs, and Message Queues.
• Knowledge of systems, security and networking as it relates to and impacts the development environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Direct experience with UIPath process automation platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft low code / no-code solutions (a strong plus).
• Experience translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and short timelines while maintaining creativity, attention to detail, oral and written communication skills, as well as analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Benefits

The hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700–$83,380 + Bonus + Benefits.
