Responsibilities - Complete full-cycle accounting responsibilities independently (not be limited to):

• Process Accounts Receivable and invoice customers/tenants
• Process Accounts Payable, code, review, and enter vendor expense invoices
• Maintenance depreciation, amortization, prepaid and accrual scheduled, post journal entries
• Process bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and various financial reports
• Forecasting and analysis budget reports
• Assist and prepare documents for audits
• Coordinate with Property Manager, Market Department and Management Department
• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency with desktop applications such as Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and experience with Yardi Genesis is better;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and know US GAAP a must;
• Minimum 2+ years of U.S. accounting experience;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including English & Chinese;
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required;
• Eligible to work in USA without sponsor.
