Contract-to-Hire Opportunity | Hybrid Schedule

A financial services organization is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to support client servicing operations and deliver timely, accurate resolutions to client inquiries. This role will be responsible for supporting fund accounting activities, calculating daily NAVs, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accounting-related issues are identified and resolved efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have fund accounting experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries while maintaining a high level of service.
• Calculate daily NAVs and prepare month-end, year-end, and various internal and external reports.
• Utilize internal systems and technology solutions to support daily servicing responsibilities.
• Review, investigate, and resolve accounting-related issues and breaks.
• Analyze financial data, workflows, and numerical information to identify discrepancies and support resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of fund accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, derivative investments, and emerging markets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Bloomberg and Reuters preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Position Details

• Schedule: Hybrid (after 1–2 months of onsite training, schedule transitions to approximately 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Duration: 12-month assignment
• Employment Type: Contract-to-hire opportunity
