Duties

• Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing strategies leveraging SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and performance marketing techniques.
• Manage content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems such as WordPress.
• Utilize SEO tools and keyword research to improve website visibility and organic search rankings; optimize landing pages for conversion using best practices in conversion optimization.
• Coordinate paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform strategic decisions and refine ongoing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms; manage social media accounts with effective social media management strategies.
• Implement marketing automation solutions to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement in B2B (business-to-business) contexts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress; skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website updates; familiar with SQL for data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling content including copywriting and graphic design; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram; experience managing social media campaigns effectively.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising tools; ability to analyze data for performance optimization.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $81,223.22 - $93,731.20 per year
