We are seeking an energetic and strategic Partner Marketing Director to spearhead our partner marketing efforts. This essential role will lead our channel marketing team to implement compelling programs that enhance partner engagement and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in partner marketing, especially in managing Market Development Funds (MDF), and a proven track record of turning business goals into actionable partner programs.

About the Team

The Zoom Channel Marketing team is a close-knit group of six dedicated professionals focused on empowering our partners and accelerating growth. Collaborating with the Channel Sales organization, we create and execute programs designed to boost partner engagement, build pipelines, and strengthen Zoom's presence in the channel.

We work alongside strategic partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, support co-selling efforts, and equip our partners with the essential tools and resources they need for success. Together, we are committed to fostering meaningful partner experiences, enhancing Zoom's market value, and driving success across our entire channel community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the channel marketing team, providing strategic direction and support for partner programs.
• Develop and own the comprehensive partner marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and sales priorities.
• Work closely with the channel sales team to identify opportunities, ensuring alignment on marketing initiatives for maximum joint impact.
• Oversee the planning, allocation, and optimization of Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring effective usage to enhance partner performance.
• Define the vision for partner engagement programs, campaign execution, and co-marketing activities, while delegating execution tasks to team members.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of programs, providing strategic insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Build strong relationships with key partners, ensuring marketing programs address their needs and support mutual growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and channel marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in partner/channel marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Success: Proven success in formulating and executing partner marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Funds Management: Extensive experience in managing Market Development Funds (MDF).
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and nurture high-performing environments.
• Skills: Exceptional collaborative and influencing skills across sales, marketing, and partner organizations.
• Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for strategic decision-making.
• Communication: Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings

Minimum: $150,800.00

Maximum: $329,900.00

Our Total Direct Compensation philosophy considers base salary, bonus, and equity value. Starting pay will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications and experience. We also implement a location-based compensation structure that may influence the compensation ranges for candidates in different locations.
