Strategic Basing Engineer + Architect/Planner
Use strategic basing experience and expertise to apply advanced engineering/architecture, infrastructure analysis, and evaluate, plan, and execute the beddown of military units, weapon systems, and mission-critical assets.
Translate mission requirements to facility and infrastructure requirement documents with cost estimates and draft DD1391s for Military Construction (MILCON) and/or Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) programs to implement Approved Basing Decisions.
Provide support to Customer strategic basing initiatives through the development of Class 4 and/or 5 cost estimates and execution of expanded planning, engineering, and architectural analysis.
Prepare high-impact staff packages, including summary sheets, presentations, congressional responses, and white papers, integrating technical inputs from the assigned engineer and architect to inform senior leadership decisions and promote transparency across stakeholders.
