We specialize in face-to-face marketing, outreach, and donor acquisition campaigns—representing nonprofit partners at local events such as festivals, concerts, sporting events, retail locations, and other approved public venues throughout the DMV area.

This is not a door-to-door sales position, telemarketing role, business-to-business sales position, or remote marketing opportunity. Team members engage with members of the public at designated event and retail locations while representing nationally recognized nonprofit organizations.

Position Overview

As an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Representative, you will play an important role in supporting our nonprofit partners' outreach and fundraising efforts. You will engage directly with members of the public, share information about charitable initiatives, and help build support through structured giving programs.

This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated, personable, and interested in developing professional skills in sales, marketing, communication, and leadership while contributing to meaningful causes.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at events, retail locations, and community sites
• Engage with the public through face-to-face communication
• Provide accurate information about partner programs and initiatives
• Promote awareness and encourage community involvement
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve outreach strategies

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and coachable attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience is an asset (not required)
• Interest in community engagement and nonprofit work
• Must be able to work in person

Schedule & Location

• Full-time positions only
• Office Location: 8400 Corporate Dr, Landover, MD 20785
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
• Saturday availability for special events
• Work conducted at events, retail locations, and community engagement sites throughout the DMV area

Compensation

• Guaranteed weekly base pay & uncapped bonus opportunities
