Role Description

The Program Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for coordinating training programs from planning through delivery, including scheduling sessions, managing logistics, and supporting trainers and participants. The Program Coordinator will communicate with clients to understand program requirements, provide updates, and ensure a smooth learner experience.

Daily tasks include maintaining program documentation, tracking attendance and feedback, preparing materials and digital resources, and collaborating with internal teams to improve program design and execution. The role also involves responding to participant inquiries and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across WHY Training’s learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Program Development skills for planning, organising, and enhancing training journeys.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, participants, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to manage timelines, resources, and multiple concurrent programs.
• Candidates should have strong organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Dubai and collaborating within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.A bachelor’s degree in business, education, human resources, or a related field, and experience in training or learning and development, are advantageous.
