M2 Strategy is seeking a highly motivated Junior Executive Assistant to join our firm and support our government clients, commercial clients, and leadership. Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and proven abilities in:

• Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments and travel arrangements
• Assist with preparing and processing travel authorizations, vouchers, and related documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Draft, format, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and other administrative documents
• Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff by responding to inquiries and directing requests from the appropriate personnel
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling conference rooms, preparing materials, and supporting virtual and in-person events
• Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems, ensuring records are accurate, accessible, and handled in accordance with confidentiality requirements
• Support office operations by assisting with mail distribution, shipping and receiving, office supply management, inventory tracking, and routine procurement activities
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, assist with special projects, and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the office

Basic Qualifications and Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite)
• Experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced and fast-growing company
• Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutions

Operating Status

Most M2 positions are hybrid roles, which will require working both at clients' work locations and teleworking.

Physical Qualification(s) Required

• Work is performed in an office environment
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
• Responsible for adhering to all established safety standards
