As the Director, Marketing for Radiometer, you will lead marketing strategy development to drive market share gains across all segments and products. Working closely with sales, service, and clinical affairs, you will deliver initiatives and campaigns to accelerate growth while being part of the Radiometer North America Leadership Team.

Location: Fully remote (United States)

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000

Key Responsibilities

• Increase market growth (revenue, share, and profitability) by developing product-specific marketing plans in collaboration with sales business units and marketing leads.
• Lead and enhance product placement and positioning initiatives.
• Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, identify customer needs, and establish pricing strategies including market modelling, forecasting, and analysis of key metrics.
• Provide strategic direction for integrated advertising, promotions, and collateral creation, working closely with the Marketing team.
• Directly lead the Product (ABL, TC, Service, AQURE) and Inside Sales teams (dotted line) to achieve key performance indicators.
• Manage company communications including advertising, sales promotions, product training, and local MAPSS training/education as well as compliance.
• Oversee resources and budget management for all marketing programs with proactive communication and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or STEM; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in medical diagnostics.
• Experience in digital transformation and innovation, IoT and medical devices, multi-year upstream marketing strategy, new product launches, and execution of downstream activities; familiarity with CRM, ERP, and Qualtrics.
• Proven success in driving business growth through strategic marketing plans and major product launches with a focus on condensing complex technologies into clear business messaging.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and project management skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to lead without authority.
• Experience leading successful, data-driven teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Capability to lift or maneuver up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, laboratory, and immunoassay environments.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence software, Dynamics 365, and PowerBI.
