Design and develop medical devices and equipment that meet industry standards and regulations.
Conduct research and analyze data to improve existing products and develop new ones.

Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.
Collaborate with regulatory affairs team to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.
Participate in product development meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Mentor and train junior engineers and interns.
