Senior Graphic Designer

Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing creative team. This role will play a key part in developing compelling visual assets across print, packaging, retail, and digital channels while helping bring brand and marketing initiatives to life.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong execution skills, experience managing projects from concept to production, and a passion for creating impactful designs that drive engagement and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design packaging, product labels, PDQs, retail displays, in-store signage, and other print collateral
• Create digital advertising assets, email marketing graphics, website visuals, and social media content
• Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints and marketing channels
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to execute campaigns and product launches
• Manage creative asset development from concept through final production
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting quality and brand standards
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the creative team
• Stay current on design trends, retail merchandising, and consumer marketing best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design expertise
• Experience in CPG, retail, consumer products, or agency environments preferred
• Background developing packaging, retail displays, and retailer-facing creative assets
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of print production processes and digital design best practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
