About the Role

Imaginuity is looking for a detail-oriented SEO Associate to support organic growth initiatives and improve search performance across client websites and digital platforms. In this role, you will execute on-page SEO optimizations, technical SEO audits, and performance analysis while collaborating with content, development, and marketing teams.

You will also leverage modern SEO and AI-driven tools to streamline workflows and enhance the quality of optimization efforts. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for improving search visibility through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO Optimization

• Execute on-page SEO improvements, including keyword research, content optimization, and metadata implementation.
• Align optimization efforts with predefined SEO KPIs and organic growth goals.
• Ensure content updates follow search engine best practices and ranking factors.

Website QA & SEO Compliance

• Perform detailed quality assurance checks on web content before publication.
• Ensure:
• Technical accuracy
• Consistent formatting
• SEO compliance
• Validate metadata, internal linking, and structured content elements prior to launch.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and report organic search performance using tools such as:
• Google Analytics 4
• Google Search Console
• SEO analytics platforms
• Identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights to support optimization efforts.

Data Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze keyword rankings, traffic patterns, and conversion data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for improving search visibility and user engagement.
• Support ongoing optimization strategies based on performance metrics.

Technical SEO Support

• Assist with technical SEO audits to identify issues related to:
• Website architecture
• Internal linking structure
• Schema markup implementation
• Accessibility and technical performance
• Work with development teams to implement recommended improvements.

Workflow & Productivity Optimization

• Utilize SEO and AI-powered tools to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
• Manage tasks using productivity and project management platforms to ensure timely delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams including:
• Content creators
• Developers
• Web publishing teams
• Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development and website publishing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with search engine optimization execution.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and ranking factors.
• Experience with web publishing and SEO reporting.
• Proficiency with:
• Google Analytics 4
• Google Search Console
• Microsoft Excel
• Experience conducting keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Strong attention to detail and QA practices.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience managing tasks using project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1+ year of professional or internship experience in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as:
• Ahrefs
• Semrush
• Screaming Frog SEO Spider
• Experience presenting data insights and reports to small teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
