What You’ll Do
- Lead the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation while maintaining strong financial and operational performance.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
- Partner with Superintendents and field teams to monitor progress, resolve challenges, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Drive project success through proactive planning, risk management, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction, managing projects from planning through final completion.
- Proven experience overseeing commercial projects including retail, industrial, office, medical, hospitality, corporate interiors, or multifamily construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery.
- Proficiency with construction technology platforms including Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and digital project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver successful project outcomes.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
