A Fortune 100 client of Insight Global is looking for an Azure Cloud Services Engineer in Sofia, Bulgaria to join their Cloud team. This candidate will be responsible for delivering cloud operational services, implementing innovative cloud solutions that drive the company's strategic objectives forward.
This role is focused on Service Delivery, Operational Support and engineering of core Azure cloud IaaS, PaaS, & SaaS service offerings.
It includes, establishing and following sustainable support processes, metrics driven operational support and maintenance, service outage resolution, delivering & commercializing new cloud capabilities/services, and interactions with other support teams to deliver according to plans/strategy. The team they will be joining is a mix of roughly 15 junior and senior Cloud/DevOps Engineers.
The variety of skill levels on the team offers a tremendous opportunity for development and growth.
