Seeking all energetic and motivated professionals who are looking to gain experience in sales and marketing - Join our growing firm as our next Junior Sales Associate!

In this position, you will assist our clients, currently in home improvement industries, in brand representation and driving overall sales. You will communicate directly with customers in our partnered retailers and contribute to our sales team’s growth in order to drive customer engagement and achieve real sales results.

This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training – perfect for college graduates, career changers, or anyone excited to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands in a retail environment with professionalism to build trust and brand loyalty
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by presenting the customers with products and services that aligns with their needs
• Obtain a deep understanding of client products and stay updated on the latest sales strategies.
• Collaborate with our sales team to meet goals and drive overall team success.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail sales or similar experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong conversational skills.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.
• Student mentality, self-motivated with a focus on problem-solving.

Pay: Up to $63,000.00 per year
