As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers inside retail locations, representing nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer acquisition and relationship-building. What You'll Do

• Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
• Build relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
• Execute customer acquisition and direct marketing initiatives inside retail locations
• Meet individual and team sales goals in a collaborative environment
• Learn consultative sales techniques and business development strategies
• Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and leadership training

Qualifications

• Entry-Level (0–3 years of experience)
• Full-time availability required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or leadership experience is a plus; but not required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
