Land Survey Crew Assistant

Experience Required: 0-2 years’ experience

HRC Engineers, Surveyors, and Landscape Architects—located in Douglasville, GA (Metro-

Atlanta), has an opening for a Survey Crew Assistant.

Preferred Knowledge: Candidate should possess a desire to be involved in performing

assignments designed to develop professional land surveying work, knowledge, and abilities.

Work requires application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a

sequence of related land surveying tasks. The candidate will participate as a member of a field

crew team and perform land surveying duties in the surveying of structures and facilities, such

as: commercial site development, single-family and multi-family communities, land disturbance

activity permitting, sporting club and resort communities, construction layout, erosion and

sediment control, and storm water management issues.

Skills Required: Strong Work Ethic, Ability to carry survey equipment and supplies in remote,

rural or urban surroundings
