ATLANTA – CORPORATE ASSOCIATE (JUNIOR)

CORPORATE | JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (): Our client, a national firm, is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate to join its Corporate Practice Group.

This opportunity is ideal for a junior corporate attorney looking to work with startups, emerging growth companies, venture capital investors, and founders throughout the business lifecycle. The role offers hands-on experience advising innovative companies on financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic corporate matters in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

The Associate will represent startups and emerging growth companies in a variety of corporate transactions. Responsibilities include advising clients on seed and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and general corporate transactions while working closely with founders, investors, and senior attorneys.

The role also involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and supporting clients through all stages of company growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be 2024 or 2025 J.D. graduate. Previous large law firm experience is preferred. Applicants must be licensed and in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will be motivated, collaborative, team oriented, and interested in working within the startup and venture capital ecosystem.
