Senior Project Manager (Live Events) - Atlanta, Georgia

The Creative Project Manager owns the end-to-end production process across events, film, communications, and experiential activations. Acting as the critical bridge between strategy and execution, they take creative ideas from concept through to flawless delivery - ensuring every project is realised exactly as intended, on time, and on budget.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building teams, managing moving parts, and turning ambitious creative visions into reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the production process across events, film, communications, and experiential activations, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Build and lead project teams, bringing together internal talent and external contractors to suit the needs of each project.
• Manage contractors and vendors, including sourcing, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Oversee budgets end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered cost-effectively and financials are tracked accurately throughout.
• Maintain timelines and schedules, keeping every workstream on track and proactively resolving issues before they escalate.
• Safeguard creative intent, ensuring ideas are executed to the highest standard and delivered exactly as envisioned.
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative Directors, Account Leads, Event Managers, Event Producers, and contractors to move projects seamlessly from concept to completion.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Creative Project Manager, Producer, or similar within events, film, experiential, or communications.
• Strong track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent team-building and people-management skills, with experience leading both staff and freelance/contractor teams.
• Confident in vendor negotiation, budget ownership, and end-to-end project management.A natural bridge between creative and operational teams - able to translate strategy into flawless execution.
• Exceptional organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
