Conduct laboratory analysis on various beverage products to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure accurate and efficient testing.

Perform routine and non-routine tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Analyze and interpret data, troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.

Keep detailed and organized records of all laboratory test results.

Communicate test results and any potential product issues to relevant teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality or safety concerns.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in laboratory techniques.

Train and mentor junior lab technicians on proper laboratory procedures and techniques.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Participate in quality audits and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Manage inventory and ordering of laboratory supplies.

Contribute to the development and improvement of new and existing products.

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
