$50,000 Base Salary + Commissions & Bonuses ($70,000–$85,000 First-Year On-Target Earnings)

About the Opportunity

A growing and well-established commercial services franchise organization is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Consultant to support franchise owners and customer accounts throughout the Denver metro area. This is a field-based position ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, coaching business owners, solving problems, and working independently.

You'll play a key role in supporting franchise owners, maintaining brand standards, conducting quality assurance inspections, and ensuring customer satisfaction across a designated territory. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned franchise owners and customer accounts.
• Conduct approximately 30–35 account inspections per week within your territory.
• Provide on-site training and onboarding support for new franchise owners.
• Coach franchise owners on business operations, customer service, and operational best practices.
• Support franchise owners with customer retention strategies and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and business growth.
• Conduct customer site visits and establish strong customer relationships.
• Assist with new account setup, walk-throughs, and account launches.
• Monitor compliance with brand standards and operational procedures.
• Meet regularly with franchise owners to review business performance and document progress.
• Facilitate account transfers and assist with transition planning when needed.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with franchise certification training and ongoing operational support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in account management, territory management, business consulting, operations, training, franchising, customer success, or related fields.
• Experience conducting site visits, inspections, or quality assurance reviews.
• Previous experience supporting small business owners or franchisees is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 annual base salary.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-time, field-based ("road warrior") role throughout the assigned territory.
