Key Responsibilities

• Lead business operations, service workflows, and internal coordination activities
• Oversee team performance, operational planning, reporting, and process standards
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal departments, and senior stakeholders
• Monitor service quality, workflow efficiency, client feedback, and operational risks
• Develop strategies to improve productivity, service delivery, and business outcomes
• Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
• Prepare reports, business updates, and operational recommendations for management

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Strong experience in business operations, client services, professional services, service delivery, or operations management
• Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
• Experience working with business clients, vendors, internal teams, or service support functions is an advantage

Pay: $104,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
