Flow State Creative is a fast-moving, energy-driven marketing and sales firm expanding across the Denver metro area — and we're looking for our next Junior Sales Manager to grow with us. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk kind of role. You'll be out in the field every day, leading a team at live pop-up events, running face-to-face campaigns, and personally driving results on the ground.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Forget the corporate grind. At Flow State Creative, managers are in the action — not watching from the sidelines. Here's what your days will look like:

• Leading your team at live pop-up events, retail activations, and direct marketing campaigns across the Denver metro area — you set the tone, they follow your lead
• Getting out there yourself — engaging homeowners face-to-face, breaking down product benefits, handling objections like a pro, and locking in qualified sales appointments
• Coaching and hyping up your team during events — keeping everyone accountable, motivated, and hitting their daily and weekly targets
• Owning the full event experience — setup, flow, energy, and breakdown — making sure every activation looks sharp and runs smooth
• Tracking leads, activity metrics, and campaign results after each event and reporting back to senior leadership with clear takeaways

You Might Be the Perfect Fit If You're...

• Someone with 1+ year of face-to-face sales, event marketing, or customer-facing experience — home improvement or direct sales background is a major plus
