What You Will Do

• Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma to create intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
• Develop interactive components with React, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Create design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across products and platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and user flows.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the design process.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with a solid understanding of React for interactive design.
• Experience in creating user-centered designs through research and testing methodologies.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Framer for prototyping and animation.
• Experience working in a startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.

Compensation and Benefits
