Trophy Brewing’s Newest Concept, The Bend, is now hiring a General Manager!

The ideal candidates will possess the following

-3 years of management experience ( 2+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience or demonstrated experience as a trainer and leader in your organization and minimum 1 year general manager or comparable experience)

-High volume background

-Passion for craft beer & spirits

-Strong work ethic; typically requires a 50-55 hour work week, after all, this is not a typical 9-5

-A stable work history

-Be able to pass background checks

-Acute attention to detail

-Direct experience with hiring, training, mentoring and developing employees

-Ability to increase sales and build strong relationships within the community

-Maintain the highest levels of quality, consistency, and hygiene

-Strong communication skills

-Self motivated

-Hard working

-Sense of ownership

-Honest

-Organized

-Positive attitude

-Calm under pressure

-Delegation skills

-Full service restaurant management experience

-Genuine care for the guest experience

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• 5 day work week
• Approximately 50-55 hours per week
• Running successful shifts
• Leadership & participation in weekly manager meetings
• FOH employee training
• FOH continuing education
• Overseeing BOH operations
• Scheduling
• P and L management
• Ensuring appropriate staffing for all departments and shifts

Salary is based on experience and full benefits including health, vision & dental insurance are offered to all full time management. We also offer a monthly stipend to be spent at any of our establishments, a quarterly profit share program, paid vacation, and yearly performance reviews.
