Social Media Marketing Manager

Elchai Group is an AI-first technology group headquartered in Dubai, operating between Dubai with a team of ~40 engineers. We design, build and operate our own platforms at the intersection of AI and real-world infrastructure — from digital registry technology for real assets to data-center and GPU compute — alongside a portfolio of internal ventures and a services arm serving external clients.

What makes us different is how we run. An in-house fleet of 30+ production AI agents, modeled on our own corporate structure, carries much of the operational load; the human team is selected through structured screening, continuously scored against an explicit internal bar, and developed through our own academy. Every person in the company, from engineering to front desk, operates AI tools daily.

This is not a slogan; it's the entry requirement.

THE ROLE

We are hiring one person to own two connected brands:

The founder's personal brand — positioning our Chairman as a public voice on AI infrastructure and digital assets (think the founder-led model used by top fintech executives: personal voice first, company amplified behind it).

The group institutional brand (The Universe Eye) — the umbrella identity above our operating companies and ventures.

Platforms: LinkedIn (grow), Instagram (grow), X (build from zero — today it's our weakest channel and your biggest greenfield).

You will not be a content factory. Our AI agents already draft, repurpose, and schedule at volume. You are the editor-in-chief of that fleet: you set the editorial line, brief and correct the agents, kill weak output, capture the founder's voice on the ground in Dubai, and decide what actually ships. The scarce skill here is judgment, not typing.

Agent-first workflow. Content pipelines run on AI agents (built on Claude, GPT, Gemini and our own orchestration). You direct them; you don't compete with them.

Scored, not vibed. Candidates pass a structured screening through CPuls. Team members are continuously scored; our internal bar is high and explicit.

Trained, then autonomous. Your first 90 days include a structured training program run by our external brand partner. After that, you own the channels.

On-site with the founder. You'll shoot, direct and capture founder content in person — office, events, site visits. This cannot be done remotely.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Turn business objectives into measurable social targets — qualified inbound (partners, investors, talent) and share of voice in the AI-infrastructure and digital-asset conversation, not follower counts — and read the numbers weekly (retention, saves, profile actions, inbound DMs/leads), changing course when the data says so.
• Run the weekly editorial cycle for founder + The Universe Eye accounts: agenda, agent briefs, review, publish.
• Direct and edit short-form founder content (talking-head, event capture, behind-the-scenes) — hooks that hold the first 3 seconds, captions that drive a defined action.
• Build the X presence from zero: voice, cadence, engagement strategy.
• Maintain the content compliance workflow: every post touching our platforms, assets or investment topics goes through the approval gate before publishing.
• No exceptions.
• Report monthly to the Chairman with the strategic read behind the numbers — not a screenshot dump.NON NEGOTIABLE RED LINES:Our group operates around regulated and regulation-adjacent activities (digital assets, fractionalized structures, infrastructure investment). Therefore:
• You never publish content that solicits investment, promises returns, or characterizes any product as an investment opportunity.
• All product- and asset-related content passes legal/compliance review before going live.
• Brand content educates and positions; it does not sell securities.
• If you can't feel where that line is, this role will teach you — but crossing it after training is a firing offense, because for us it's a licensing risk, not a style note.

REQUIREMENTS

• Based in Dubai.
• Demonstrable daily AI fluency — you already run your workflow through LLMs and AI video/image tools.
• This is tested in screening, not taken on trust from a CV keyword.2+ years managing social channels for brands or clients — not your personal profile.
• Portfolio with numbers: what you ran, where it started, where it landed.
• Operational command of LinkedIn and short-form video (formats, insights, hooks, retention, community management).
• Copywriting in fluent English (all screening is in English).
• Ability to run multiple accounts in parallel without dropping threads: batching, editorial calendar, priorities.NICE TO HAVE:Content experience in Web3, fintech, AI or deep-tech (you already speak the audience's language).
• Working literacy in Meta / LinkedIn Ads: you won't manage campaigns, but you can speak the language of the people who do — and brief them.
• Native-level X/Twitter experience.
• Hands-on editing (CapCut, Premiere, or AI-native editing stacks).
• Italian (founder communications).
