About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to support our design team as we continue to grow our product. You'll work closely with our senior designer, taking on delegated design work and growing into greater ownership over time. As a B2B SaaS company, we value designers who bring creativity, initiative, and a willingness to leverage modern AI tools to move faster and think bigger.

All current positions require candidates to be located in Raleigh, NC. These are in-office roles. We are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs in support of product initiatives.
• Help maintain consistency across our design system and product experience.
• Take ownership of delegated design tasks, with growing autonomy over time.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to bring designs to life.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships, freelance, or academic project work included).
• Proficiency with an industry-standard design tool (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Strong foundation in visual and interaction design — hierarchy, layout, typography, and accessibility.
• Comfort using AI tools to support design and creative workflows.
• Self-starter mentality with strong creative instincts and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be located in the Raleigh, NC area.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience designing for B2B or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar).
• A portfolio that shows range across UI and UX work.
