Provide guidance and support to various business units on compliance matters.
Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on ethical and regulatory standards.
Investigate and resolve compliance issues and escalate to senior management as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and findings.
Communicate compliance requirements and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
Stay informed of industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory agencies and assist with any audits or inquiries.
Foster a culture of compliance, integrity, and accountability within the organization.
Provide regular reports and updates on compliance activities to senior management.
Lead and mentor junior compliance officers to ensure a strong compliance team.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay current on compliance trends and developments.
