Director of Operations-Home Health

PUR-PUS Supported Living Services id looking for a Director that has experience in running a home health agency.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operations management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
• Provide senior leadership with insights and recommendations for operational improvements
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Drive business development efforts to expand market reach

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role
• Strong background in project management and strategic planning
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards success
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of financial principles and budget management
• Experience in overseeing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments
• Must be familiar with Passport Clients/Certifications
