Key Responsibility :Client Relationship & Account OwnershipServe as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, sponsors, brand partners andthe shows throughout the project lifecycle.

Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and KPIs to ensure all podcast content, anddeliverables align with expectations.

Project & Production CoordinationPlan, organize, and coordinate all stages of podcast production, ensuring alignment withclient objectives.

Develop and maintain detailed timelines and trackers to ensure deliverables meet clientexpectations.

Act as the hub between clients, production, creative, and technical teams to ensureaccuracy and efficiency.

Attend on-site shoots when necessary to ensure client experience is well-managed andexpectations are met.

Sponsorship & Brand Partnership ManagementLead communication with all stakeholders regarding deliverables, approvals, andcampaign execution.

Assist in developing sponsorship and partnership proposals based on client needs andplatform opportunities.

Ensure all sponsor deliverables (logo placements, live reads, brand mentions,integrations) are executed and approved.

Content Delivery & ApprovalsManage the client review cycle by organizing briefings, collecting feedback, andensuring revisions are applied accurately.

Coordinate the delivery of final assets, ensuring all client requirements and brandguidelines are met.

Internal CoordinationWork closely with producers, editors, and creative teams to translate client requirementsinto clear production tasks.

Maintain accurate documentation and archiving of all materials, approvals, andcommunications.

Ensure cross-department alignment, particularly finance, procurement, and productionBudgeting, Finance & Admin OversightTrack and manage account budgets, billing schedules, and expenses in coordination withthe finance team.

Raise PRs and follow up on POs to ensure smooth financial flowsEnsure all contracts and agreements for clients and partners are signed, processed, andfiled.

Performance Tracking & ReportingPrepare weekly progress reports outlining project status, milestones, risks, and projects'updates.

Monitor performance KPIs for sponsored episodes and campaignsProvide management with insights, risks, and recommendations to optimize clienthappiness and account growth.
