Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT-related roles, preferably in customer success, technical account management, or project management
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, Linux, networking, data applications, or security
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
• Experience developing internal processes to optimize customer engagement
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with Salesforce, Jira, or other CRM tools is a plus
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian are highly valued

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers, introducing them to our products, services, and support processes
• Manage a portfolio of customers within the APAC region, proactively identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support teams to develop and execute customer engagement plans
• Guide customers in using a variety of open-source infrastructure and cloud-based solutions
• Facilitate complex projects, working alongside IT managers, developers, and decision-makers
• Act as a customer advocate, influencing product roadmaps and support processes
• Assist customers with support requests and coordinate solutions efficiently
• Create and execute customer engagement campaigns through digital touchpoints

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT-related roles
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and data applications
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics
• Experience developing customer engagement strategies
• Team player who enjoys problem-solving

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
