Senior Xamarin Native Mobile Engineer

You will work as part of a team of engineers and partner with product, operations, and sales teams to translate user stories into functioning, testable code. You will work with engineering to design and build new systems and as well as with sales to improve our delivery and support processes.

Your work will ensure that data and insights are delivered correctly and on time to our users - ultimately changing the way fishermen connect to their sport.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as part of a team of engineers, design and product management focused on delivering the next iteration of our ANGLR Mobile Application for iOS & Android.

Participate in sprint planning, grooming &demo sessions.

Code to and/or create RESTful APIs.

Translate user stories and requirements into functioning, testable code.

Review code written by other developers.

‍ REQUIREMENTS

Experience developing mobile applications using Xamarin including Xamarin.iOS & Xamarin.Android

Strong working knowledge of C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework

Prior experience developing, deploying and supporting cross-platform mobile applications

4+ yrs of software development experience

Familiar with Agile Scrum methodology and practices

Previous experience using Git

‍ DESIREDSKILLS

• Experience building social networks or user-based communities.
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Bluetooth, Mapping, Offline Sync
• Working knowledge of native mobile languages(i.e. Swift, Objective-C, Java)
• Working knowledge of mobile Java Script frameworks (i.e. React Native, NativeScript, etc.)
