Figma Experience Designer

Position Overview

Experience Designer – You will own customer-facing and employee-facing design systems, including the company’s most widely adopted design system. You will develop and maintain design standards and drive efficiency gains for internal development teams.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote; flexibility can be discussed) at:

• Pittsburgh, PA 15222 (most preferred)
• Strongsville, OH 44136
• Birmingham, AL 35233
• Farmers Branch, TX 75234
• Phoenix, AZ 85016

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain customer-facing and employee-facing design systems.
• Develop and enforce design standards to drive efficiency for internal development teams.

Required Qualifications

• Design system experience (using and ideally contributing/maintaining).
• Figma experience (component creation).
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience with Confluence.
• Expertise in Product, UI, and UX design.
• Good communication skills.
• Presentation and facilitation experience.
• Critical thinking and systems thinking mindset.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Experience in lieu of formal education accepted; design bootcamps a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Suite proficiency.
• Strong soft skills including communication, facilitation, critical thinking, and systems mindset.
