As the face of Connecteam and the first point of contact with our customers, you will directly influence our growth and expansion. Grow into a product expert and consulting professional across diverse industries, becoming the essential link between the product, the market, and all Connecteam departments.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, your responsibilities include consulting businesses that have signed up to the platform to convert them into paying customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and leveraging feedback to enhance the product. You’ll work closely with our strategic partners’ teams, managing the entire sales cycle, and presenting Connecteam as the ideal solution for their clients’ needs.

This role involves relationship-building, consultative selling, and collaboration to grow new business and strengthen partnerships. Please note: You will work in-office 3 days a week at our partner’s location in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

What You'll Be Doing

• Become a product expert, mastering the platform's capabilities
• Own the full sales cycle — managing your pipeline and meeting quotas
• Act as the company's eyes — understanding our clients better than anyone
• Represent Connecteam’s outstanding customer service and approach
• Influence product development based on client feedback
• Engage across departments to share insights and drive improvements
• Take initiative, own your responsibilities, and work independently

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BDR/SDR experience in SaaS
• Proven track record of meeting quotas
• Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
• Self-motivated and independent learner
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Experience with CRM and project management tools
• Energetic, positive, and motivated — must embody enthusiasm
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Willingness to work in-office 3 days a week (Pittsburgh, PA)
• Spanish language skills are a plus
