Develop and maintain the visual identity of the Stryker brand through creative and strategic graphic design solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and effectively communicate complex concepts through visually appealing designs.

Create and design marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and digital graphics.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and accurately represent the Stryker brand.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of design work.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop concepts and designs that align with overall marketing objectives.

Provide creative input and ideas to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of marketing materials.

Collaborate with external vendors and agencies, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure consistent branding and high-quality design across all materials.

Maintain organized files and archives of all design projects.

Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent the Stryker brand in a positive manner at all times.
