The Senior Customer Service Associate provides support to the team by handling Participant and Employer inquiries, conducting participant research, and completing action items resulting from phone inquiries. This role involves reviewing client and participant records to identify discrepancies and communicating these with the appropriate parties.

Additionally, the Senior Customer Service Associate is responsible for reconciling participant accounts to ensure accurate billing, managing electronic enrollment files, and processing eligibility information, including enrolling participants, processing address changes, new dependents, and terminations of coverage.

The role also involves learning and managing COBRA, carrier updates, participant communications, claims processing, and error reports. This position is located in our Downtown, Pittsburgh office location. View the Senior Customer Service Associate job description.
