We are looking for experienced Embedded Avionics Software Engineers/Technical Leads with a strong background in Communication, Navigation & Surveillance (CNS) systems supporting defense and aerospace programs.

We're especially interested in professionals with experience in

• TCAS/ACAS
• Transponders
• ADS-B
• DME
• UAT
• RF Design & Software Integration

Required Skills

✅ DO-178C (DAL A) Software Development

✅ Exposure to DO-254 and DO-160G

✅ C, C++, Assembly Programming

✅ Software Requirements Development & Code Reviews

✅ CI/CD, Bitbucket, JIRA, Version Control

✅ Avionics software architecture and certification documentation

✅ Experience working with Hardware and FPGA teams

Preferred Experience

• Defense programs/customers
• Flight test engineering
• Aircraft wiring and system integration
• Technical leadership and team management
