Install, maintain, and repair Philips' Patient Monitoring devices with precision and efficiency.
Provide exceptional technical support to customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Utilize expertise in biomedical engineering or a related field to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of technical issues.
Travel frequently to Phoenix, AZ to provide on-site support and training to customers.
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical technology and incorporate them into daily work.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Train and educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of our devices.
Maintain accurate documentation of all service and repair activities.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Contribute to the success of the Patient Monitoring division by providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
