Campaign Finance Analyst

The Campaign Finance Analyst administers and manages statutory campaign finance filing and reporting duties for the Arizona Secretary of State's office. This position is responsible for managing projects and operations related to campaign finance to ensure this office's compliance with requirements.
This position will establish procedures, allocate resources to fulfill deadlines, and oversee end-to-end execution of relevant project deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and/or experience working on campaigns
Must possess a valid AZ Driver's License or State issued picture ID; Must be an eligible voter.
Election Officer Certification by the Secretary of State's office by December 2027
If this position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job to conduct State business, then the following requirements apply: Driver’s License Requirements.

State employees are required to participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS), the State sponsored retirement contribution plan and the Long-Term Disability (LTD) program after a 27-week waiting period. The ASRS defined benefit plan provides for life-long income upon retirement.
You will also have the option to participate in a voluntary deferred compensation program to take advantage of tax-deferred retirement investments.
