The Jr. Business Analyst V – Two Positions Available serves as a strategic liaison between juvenile probation business partners and product vendor staff during the development and rollout of the new statewide juvenile case management system.
The role involves planning, business process definition, conversion, testing, user documentation, training, and ongoing application support for multiple juvenile automation projects, including the Juvenile On-Line Tracking System (JOLTSaz), Statewide Identifier (SWID), and Arizona Youth Assessment System (AZYAS). This position also supports user acceptance testing (UAT), develops training materials, and conducts training sessions for probation staff across rural county departments.
After an initial three‐month in‐person period, the role may offer remote work up to two days per week based on business needs.
