Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

Hybrid role out of one of our office locations. Preferred candidate will be located in Philadelphia, PA, Indianapolis, IN, Minneapolis, MN, or Madison, WI. We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager Generalist to join our Health, Learning, Research, and Practice Central Marketing Team.

This new role is integral to developing and executing innovative digital marketing initiatives dedicated to driving engagement, generating leads, and reinforcing the success of our marketing campaigns. As both a B2B and B2C company, our efforts address the diverse needs of businesses and individual consumers with tailored strategies that deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development & Campaign Management: Oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns across multi-channel platforms, develop frameworks for audience targeting and segmentation, manage up to 80 campaigns with quality and budget efficiency, and drive SEM/SEO initiatives in collaboration with external vendors.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing and divisional leads to align strategies, act as a key communicator of channel strategies, and provide strategic support for webinar operations from registration through follow-up.
• Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators across digital channels, develop actionable insights, and report on campaign performance to boost ROI and engagement.
• Marketing Technology Utilization: Leverage platforms such as Demandbase, Domo, Conductor, ON24, and Google Analytics to manage spend and enhance channel performance; optimize digital ad spend; utilize ABM strategies; and adapt seamlessly in a dynamic environment while building trust with stakeholders.
• Other Duties: Performs additional duties as requested by the Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing strategy and campaign management, with hands-on experience using tools like Demandbase/6sense, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong technical proficiency with ABM platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and search tools (e.g., Google, Bing, Conductor).
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies, paired with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Project management skills encompassing deadline setting, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Creativity, strong critical thinking, and the ability to adapt in a fluid, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI tools for content and campaign development.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and marketing practices is a plus.
