At Truist, we are a purpose-driven financial services company, formed by the merger of BB&T and Sun. Trust, serving clients in high-growth markets. We are looking for a Treasury Sales Analyst to support our Wholesale Payments Sales strategy, execution, risk, and performance functions.
This role is based in Raleigh, NC, at 434 Fayetteville Street Mall, and operates on a regular full-time schedule with a 1st shift (United States of America).
You will act in accordance with the Truist Purpose, Mission, and Values, focusing on client-first and one-team behaviors. You'll also uphold the Truist Code of Ethics and Risk Management Culture. Your core responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong partnerships across Wholesale Payments, the Line of Business, and at the Enterprise Level to support business goals.
In this role, you'll execute on the Strategy, Sales, and Operational Responsibilities for Treasury, Commercial Card, and Merchant. This includes:

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, plus one to three years of Financial Services experience. You should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of adaptability and flexibility, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
You must be able to balance short-term deliverables against long-term projects and demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Software Products.
Preferred qualifications include up to 25% travel may be required.
The annual base salary for this position is $65,000 - $95,000. Additional incentive pay is also available. For eligible regular teammates working 20 hours or more per week, Truist offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan.
Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and full-time/part-time status) during their first year, along with 10 sick days (prorated) and paid holidays. Depending on the position and division, this job may also be eligible for Truist’s defined benefit pension plan, restricted stock units, and/or a deferred compensation plan.
