UX Copywriter, Help & Support

As a UX Copywriter, you’ll shape the voice and clarity of complex, customer-facing digital experiences.

This role is a Think Company staffing opportunity supporting complex business initiatives for one of our enterprise clients. You’ll be fully embedded with one of our strategic client partners, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen.

• Location: Hybrid — Philadelphia, PA; 2 days per week on-site
• Employment type: Full-time, Exempt (Contract)
• Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000

What You'll Do

• Partner with design, development, and marketing/communications stakeholders to deliver UX copy for customer-facing web and account experiences
• Shape content and product strategy by bringing a narrative, user-behavior perspective to team discussions
• Maintain accurate, current copy files and track stakeholder and legal review feedback
• Contribute to and help evolve content strategy set by leadership
• Represent project status in regular team meetings throughout each project’s lifecycle
• Collaborate with fellow UX writers to ensure consistent quality and cohesion across deliverables
• Assess product, user research, and design requirements, benchmarking internal and external best practices to guide content decisions

What You Bring

• Experience producing clear, on-brand UX copy across multi-stakeholder workflows spanning design, development, and marketing/comms
• Strong grasp of brand voice, tone, and narrative consistency across products
• Comfortable navigating Figma prototypes to apply copy in context (design expertise not required)
• Experience using AI-powered tools to support the content-creation process
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, coordinating with product, program, and development partners
• Self-starter mindset with a solution-oriented approach to ambiguous problems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word for producing and delivering legally reviewed copy decks
