Targets include founder-owned businesses facing ownership transitions, non-core divisions inside larger corporations, and operationally challenged manufacturers with strategic importance but a lack of capital, leadership, or operational support.

As Private Equity Analyst, you'll get early exposure to deal sourcing, diligence, and hands-on portfolio work in one of the most strategically important sectors in the U.S. economy right now — aerospace and defense manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Support sourcing and evaluation of acquisition targets across aerospace, defense, and mission-critical manufacturing
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and deal materials
• Conduct industry research, competitive benchmarking, and operational due diligence
• Assist in transaction execution from initial screening through close
• Support portfolio company initiatives tied to supply chain resilience, manufacturing capacity, and operational performance
• Prepare materials for Investment Committee review and ownership transition discussions with founders and sellers

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related analytical role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Genuine interest in aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving, founder-led environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
