Manager Document Management

This position oversees technical, operational, training, and compliance support to ensure the Engineering (IMCS) Department and designated Production/Maintenance teams have system integrity, file accuracy, and ensures that ongoing system improvements are accomplished.

In addition, this position oversees/performs analysis, makes recommendations, and ensures the appropriate processes are applied with the correct level of detail responsible for implementation of corporate, departmental, and compliance initiatives and improvements.

Documentation coordinator duties, e.g., manage security, module content structuring, user access levels, profile group permissions, develop and maintain the event management system workflows and setting overall system and module defaults. Provides subject matter expertise and acts as a point of contact for user assistance with Engineering (IMCS) Department’s document management systems.

Manages business process refinement and enhancement efforts and activities.
