Private Equity Analyst/Associate - Technology

I am working with a Leading Investment Firm who are looking for a Private Equity Analyst/Associate to join their tech team in Philadelphia, PA.

• Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities across the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors by conducting market research, financial analysis, and commercial due diligence.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and LBO models), and return scenarios to support investment decisions.
• Perform industry and company research to identify emerging technology trends, competitive dynamics, and attractive investment themes, while assisting with deal sourcing and pipeline management.
• Coordinate due diligence processes by working with management teams, advisors, and third-party consultants to assess financial, operational, legal, and commercial risks.
• Support portfolio company value creation through financial performance monitoring, strategic initiatives, board materials, KPI reporting, and analysis of growth opportunities, M&A add-ons, and exit readiness.
