We are building one of the fastest-growing healthcare job platforms in the United States, connecting healthcare professionals with employers nationwide. Our mission is to deliver an intuitive, modern, and engaging experience for job seekers, recruiters, and healthcare organizations.
We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and has experience designing complex web applications, online marketplaces, or job boards.
As our UI/UX Designer, you will own the user experience across our healthcare job platform. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and leadership to create intuitive workflows that improve engagement, increase employer conversions, and make it easier for healthcare professionals to find their next career opportunity.
You'll help shape everything from job search and application flows to employer dashboards, candidate profiles, messaging, onboarding, and mobile experiences.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience.
