Senior UX Designer Job

This position will work closely with one key client, analyzing user response and conducting user research to deliver optimal designs, prototypes, and documentation for web and mobile products. This person will become immersed in the company and marketing team, driving improvements in User Experience for the website and collaborating directly with developers to ensure only the best experiences are delivered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple teams and business leadership to deliver product designs, prototypes, and documentation based on user feedback and research.
• Collaborate with UX Strategists, other Designers and Developers to continuously enhance end-user experience.
• Challenge product decisions that would impact user experience, and provide research-backed solutions to ensure optimal experience.
• Drive urgency within the team to complete rapid delivery assignments, making use of lean tools and methodologies to achieve ambitious business goals.
• Take the opportunity to drive significant impact within highly visible workstreams.

Requirements

• A respectable number of years experience in a UX role
• A strong portfolio of professional UX design projects
• Working knowledge of (but not limited to) AdobeXD, Sketch, InVision, Figma, Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite
• An eye for detail, abundant creativity, compassion, and an aptitude for storytelling.
