Job Title: Senior UX Product Designer

Location: Malvern, PA 19355 (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

About the Opportunity

One of our leading financial services clients is seeking an experienced Senior UX Product Designer to join their Digital & Analytics UX team. In this role, you will design intuitive, enterprise-scale digital experiences that empower internal sales professionals with modern, AI-enabled tools.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to create innovative, user-centered solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.

This position is ideal for a UX professional with strong product thinking, enterprise application design experience, and a passion for designing AI-forward digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex enterprise and sales technology platforms.
• Conduct and apply user research, interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, visual design, and rapid prototyping.
• Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into scalable UX solutions.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to validate designs through usability testing and continuous feedback.
• Create high-quality UX deliverables including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, journey mapping sessions, and ideation activities with cross-functional teams.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout Agile development cycles.
• Review implemented UI to ensure design accuracy and adherence to UX standards.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Contribute to AI-enabled product experiences and explore emerging technologies that enhance user workflows.
• Support design system adoption by contributing reusable patterns and components.
• Participate in additional UX initiatives and strategic projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience.
• Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Information Architecture, Wireframing & Prototyping, Design Thinking
• Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise software products.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Experience working with Agile or Lean product development teams.
• Proven ability to conduct and apply user research to product design decisions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship in design execution.
• Experience utilizing Generative AI or AI-powered design tools within the UX process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, advisory platforms, or relationship management applications.
• Financial services or other regulated industry experience.
• Experience contributing to enterprise design systems.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced product organizations with evolving priorities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders.
